We needed to know how to get to the cable car to Kasprowy Wierch. The gentleman in the office spoke really good English so our communication was excellent and accurate. We also needed a bus ticket back to Krakow. He also arranged that for us. My only "complaint" is that we had to pay in cash (instead of a credit card) which caused us to be a little short of cash that day until we found an ATM. Thanks for your help.

Byłem 2 tyg temu. Pan z biura wszystko zorganizował + bilety na kolejkę na Kasprowy bez stania z narciarzami 😃. Wyjazd bardzo udany, śniegu dosypalo więc zima w czasie wiosny. Szkoda ze nie mialem czasu na wycieczki na Słowację z biura ale na wakacjach na pewno skorzystam. Wielki plus i dzieki 👍

Very disappointing! We booked a sleigh ride with them only to be told in the evening (31 December) that it was canceled. Impossible to find any other company to do it at such short notice. Not a serious tourist agency at all.
