We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Domek which is a delightful chalet out the back of the hotel, we always like to book chalets for our stays over three nights and with it being connected to the hotel was so convenient especially with breakfast included which meant we just had to walk over the lovely little bridge to the breakfast area in morning, but still able to cook our own dinner and hang out in our private residence.
All of the staff at the hotel were amazing and helped us out with everything we needed from a sharp carving knife for our turkey to a large bowl of ice-cream for our Christmas day dessert that we had made, plus much more. We had no Polish speakers amongst us but all of the staff spoke good English to be able to communicate and included us all through the Christmas extras they had provided for their guests.
We had 7 adults and one baby in our party and the chalet was definitely large enough for this with my mother sleeping on a very comfortable sofa bed in the ground floor living area. The basement living area was very large with a good size kitchen, dinning area and sauna.
We had two friends join us for one evening and the Hotel staff happily set up two cot beds within the basement area.
The restaurant within the hotel had amazing food and wine with very knowledgeable and attentive bar and wait staff.
We had an amazing stay at hotel Crocus and would recommend to anybody.
