My massage was very good, but I was quite put off by the masseuse. She snapped at me over the phone and in person and was quite gruff with me, including mocking my original request for a 90 minute massage which caused me to change to a 60 minute massage. It felt like she was doing me a huge favor rather than selling a service. Case in point regarding her attitude. I booked a 13:30 appointment and arrived at 13:22 so that I could use the bathroom and be on time for the appointment. I rang the bell, she answered and asked who I was. I said I was her 1:30 appointment. She said it's not 1:30 yet. I smiled and said, I'm early. She said "It's not funny." She wasn't with a client, I was less than 10 minutes early, and I wasn't demanding to go in. Why was she so cross?
So, good massage, but I'll never go back.
