Unprofessional attitude and disrespect to customers. They didn't come to inspect the car together although I asked them to and I was there WITHIN working hours. Then they called me 4 hours later (outside working hours) to tell me there was some damage and they ripped me off 120 euros with no proof of the actual extent of expenses.
I sent an email to Hertz Poland Central and I am still waiting for a reply 20 days later...
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Called ahead and were told they were open, they weren't. Location in the wrong place online. Submitted an update to google so others won't face the same problem.
