Cozy room with huge bathroom with shower and bathtub. Very tasty breakfasts. Beautiful park nearby and also places to eat in a walking distance. Warsaw old town is pretty far so.

Really poor reception staff who caused havoc with my bank account. Badly trained and pretty rude -the customer is apparently always wrong. Aside from that nice rooms and good food.

Nice rooms, a bit too soft beds in my opinion. Local transportation option available from the hotel.
Nice restaurant in the building. The breakfast was superb!
I'm taking off one star for really poor sound insulation between rooms and from the hallway.

A first rate hotel with exceptional service by a team of good staff. Location is perfect if you like to take walks in the evenings, as it's just opposite the Lazienki park.

A great hotel. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Great bathroom. Tasty breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. The foyer is a lil dated and worn out. Close to Lazienki Park. Good eating options close by.
