I spent the night in new part of the hotel, room was very clean and spacious, staff was nice. Breakfast room is too small for such a big hotel. I was satisfied! I would rate it 4.5.

Stuck in the '70s. Good location, otherwise the whole place is run down. Room doesn't smell good, breakfast is far from good. Wifi useless. Acceptable for 1-2 nights but would not recommend for longer stay.

The staff seemed rude, as if we had disturbed them. While I don't expect perfect English, neither do I expect sniggering and the local tv soap so loud it breaks conversation. The food was excellent.

We stayed in a recently refurbished room on the first floor. This place is huge and the elevator was out of action for our whole stay. The breakfast is varied but sticks to Polish staples. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. Our double bed was two singles pushed together with two single quilts. Comfortable enough but a proper double or queen bed would have been better. The shower water is super hot, so be careful! The air conditioning in our room was superb.

A bit old-fashioned hotel. Good location in the center near the main street and 1.7km from the old part of town. The quiet part of town does not have noise during the night. Rooms have air conditioning, TV, minibar. The breakfast is good with choices for all tastes.
