Five plus stars. Great cars, great prices, and great people to work with. Car ran smoothly with no problems. Accommodates their customers' needs.

Stay away from these people. Looking to rip you off if youu come from different county. After returning the car they charged my CC for some kind of damage that was invisible. I have declined the charges, still waiting to resolve. Stay Away if you want a pleasant vacation.
Believe me, if you get a good deal on a rental at this place, they will get you at the end. When I returned the car, the lady that was checking it she ran to the back only to say she sees damage, she did not even check inside or any other part of the car. It is obvious that they knew about the invisible damage before they rented the car . The suggested it could be done by a car wash. I asked to show me pics of the before, so they said that on pic it's not that visible. What they were looking at was as if someone or something brushed against it, like a car wash brush which I never used. It was pretty obvious they knew they had this before I came back. They stole $426, but will never get my or my family's business again.

As a client would expect. This rental company does what it needs to do in order to provide a customer satisfaction. I have been renting cars in U.S. and Poland (Cracow area) so I believe I have an objective view on how things should look like when renting a car.
Obviously, when you rent a car you are responsible for it until you return it. Contract which a customer signs was explained to me in detail to make sure I understand it. It is simple, you get a car with a full tank so you need to return with a full tank or pay a difference.
There are no hidden fees, surcharges and such.
I highly recommend this rental shop to everyone.

Very good customer care, beautiful cars, well maintained. More over its cheaper than any other rental cars. Twice we used the cars both the times nice cars. Dodge and Pegute... Barket is the nice guy and he is doing good customer service. Please keep it up.

I used to rent from them for several years.
I loved the friendly and helpful staff (used to know all of them) and relatively good prices.
But!
The owner and his approach and greed ruined it.
The cars are poorly maintained.
Windscreen wipers broken or from a different car (so, not working properly). Breaks, suspension not checked and fixed when needed.
You always get the car with empty tank, so the first thing to do, is to look for a gas station. You are supposed to return the car in the same condition with almost no fuel. But in reality you always leave half of the tank full.
This is a very tricky technique to allow the company to offer other customers "free airport transfer" using your fuel.
They don't offer full insurance, even for returning customers, always asking for cash/credit card deposit. This is the area they can abuse customers because when it comes to any damage, it's up to them (or the greedy owner) to dictate the "recovery costs".
I finally quit and never returned after the case when I got a flat tire while driving their car and the owner, Mr. Greed, wanted to charge me for two NEW tires (what works in sets, need to be replaced in sets, according to him) using a price three times higher than offered by any on-line retailer.
Avoid them! The positive opinions here are fake or related to parking services they also provide.
