Great place to relax!
All facilities are awesome, maybe only turkish bath (hammam) room is too small (no place to lie down). Sauna, on the contrary, is big. Chill music and atmosphere

Been here a couple of times. Spa is quite nice and treatments too. I myself got a classic massage from a really pro, kind and smiling girl last time, which I would truly give full stars for and the prices is really good too.
But the rudeness and unwillingness to be serviceminded of any kind by the reservation disk (the first impression) is worth a bad review - don't think anybody would like to go back to that after such a rude treatment and attitude: I was so happy I could exactly just make it and drop by the spa to see if I still could do my reservation for the next day, even though it was 8 minutes before they closed - she didn't want to look at it because she told me in a rude and really annoyed tone that they close at 21 - and it was 20.52...? Don't know if that's normal to close down before time and it would be fine if that's just a way of doing it and I was late after all, but if there's a costumer you could at least be nice and ask to please come by or call tomorrow because they closed the system due to no costumers or whatever would be the reason.. I would accept that, but not that I have to leave in such a bad mood because of the bad treatment of coming costumer. Therefore, I'm sorry, only one star for that experience, that's just not okay and makes be not want to come back again or recommend it. A spa is suppose to be a relaxing place with good treatment.. (But for those who want to visit the spa, don't let you scare of to do so, it's based on a bad experience and often you can just close your eyes to such "small things" and few bad experiences, but it should not occur in this kind of business in my opinion and can only improve by getting told). Hope Baltica Wellness and Spa can improve on this field so the service can be overall the best possible for every costumer.
