Rooms were quite small but had everything I needed. Shower worked well. I was disappointed with the gym facilities. There were very few machines and no bike.

The breakfast was well stocked with made to order omelettes or eggs. There is large construction taking place next door to the hotel, but I was never disturbed by it so I believe they are being pretty respectful on start and end times.

The main real challenge was the lack of parking. There are only about 5 spaces outside the hotel after that your pretty much on your own. There is an agreement with a nearby car park but maybe I was being a little slow but I never did figure out where it was

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks and I must say this was one of the worst experiences ever. There are only 3 drinks in the mini fridge and room services would never refill them. About 4 times they did not change my towels and never changed my bedsheets. The restaurant at this hotel is just awful. The sauna was not working for over half my stay. I would never give this place 4 stars nor would I recommend this hotel to anybody. If you want to have a great experience, there any many many better and cheaper hotels around here.

Design is amazing, very decadent. Friendly, competent staff and a good location. Rooms spacious and clean.

Only stayed for one night but enjoyed our visit. Cool interior design and comfortable rooms with nice ensuite. Good location next to shopping centres and tram stop.

The hotel is very beautiful indeed. With spacious, comfortable rooms and superb design bathrooms, it looks really welcoming. Yet, the unfriendly attitude of front desk and restaurant staff just ruins everything. As you approach the counter, they would not even acknowledge your presence! Once I stood there for a couple of minutes before they finally raised their head from the paperwork they were filling in and said 'yes?'. As a student I used to work in a hotel of a similar type and this kind of behaviour was considered very impolite! No "good morning!" from them either! Also, is it normal for a hotel caling itself business executive to take one full day to give you an invoice?
