My local agent recommended this hotel to me for my visit to Olsztyn. It was close to our customer and reasonably easy to find. As hotels go in Poland it was probably expensive but compared to uk hotels it was extremely goid value. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic.
Wifi was a little sketchy but worked if you were in the correct location. which is better than a lot of hotels I stay in where it either doesn't connect or is slower than the local 3G.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy and the shower is great. Breakfast buffet is delicious and the restaurant (which we did not try) is in the Gault Millay guide which is always a reference.
I am removing 2 stars for the reception staff : no warm welcome, no recommendations for things to do around and when asked about a restaurant in town it seemed like a rocket science question. Also, no proposal to do the reservation themselves. Aldo, breakfast information was wrong as we were told it was until 11AM, except it was Monday (until 10h30 only). Special thanks to the kitchen staff who accepted to re-open the buffet for us. At checkout, barely a "good morning" from the reception and not even a question about our stay... The attitude needs to be worked out !
