My family and I have gone to many salt caves in different countries and we go in without any expectations because each one is different. When we went into Tarita the front girl was most casual and unprofessional. She showed us where the salt room was and then gave us disposable shoes and told us to change but didn’t specify anything else.
We entered the room and there were not enough chairs for us also another woman and two kids under a year were present. The children were loud and the mother did nothing in regards to quieting them for the other people in the cave. We got settled in and there was no music and no Halothery generator running despite the website saying that it was a halotherapy salt room. The room itself is beautiful but the temperature wasn’t a comfortable or appropriate temperature for a salt room and felt very warm/stuffy Not even Halfway through with the kids and noise we couldn’t stay any longer because it was not relaxing or peaceful. We told the front desk girl and she was nonchalant about whether we were comfortable and did not offer anything to make our visit pleasant. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Miejsce napewno godne uwagi ale parę spraw powinno zostać zmienione.Sam pomysł bardzo dobry, grota,teznia i floating napewno dają duży wybór do odpoczynku.
Plusy: ceny,promocje, szeroka oferta, czystość oraz atrakcyjne wnętrza.
Masaż oceniam na 4 w 6 stopniowej skali- mam spore porównanie w innych miejscach.
Minus: problem z parkowaniem praktycznie zero szans na miejsce, brudny i zardzewialy kosz w lazience który psuje ogólne wrażenie całości która jest bardzo czysta, stroje pracowników zdecydowanie powinny być bardziej służbowe aby było wiadomo ze to są pracownicy salonu,zwłaszcza iż klient który jest prawie nagi nie koniecznie chce być obsługiwany przez kogoś kto przychodzi w dzinsach jakby wpadł tylko na chwilę, kontakt z klientem powinien być bardziej empatyczy. Ta sama muzyka w kółko która po 40 minutach pobytu zaczyna drażnić,dźwięk powinien jednak się zmieniac.
Ogólnie polecam, warto isc i zobaczyć samemu ale na chwile obecna miejsce nie wyróżnia się na tle innych mu podobnych.Co nie znaczy ze przy poprawie drobnych rzeczy nie będzie, spory potencjał. Zapewne jeszcze wroce.

Wspaniałe miejsce z klimatyczną atmosferą i muzyką, w którym można odnaleźć ciszę, spokój i chwilę relaksu. Za każdym razem gdy jestem w grocie solnej. zdrowotne właściwości soli himalajskiej, przynoszą ukojenie moim płucom. To skuteczny sposób na krakowskiego smoga :)

I was there with my wife and ordered the relax massage - it was amazing. The staff is very nice, the place is very clean. The place located a couple of steps from the city center and the central bus and train station. Next time I'll be in Krakow I definitely will visit them again.
