Service will take forever, so make sure you have a a lot of time to people watch. I've been here for an hour and a half. Most of the time we were waiting for a server to come take our order. It's nice to sit and watch what's going on in the square, but it would be nice to have a drink to sip on while doing that. They have about 3 servers for 100 tables and while I definitely see them moving quickly, they can't get to everyone within a reasonable amount of time. I've seen just as many people find a seat and then leave because they've been waiting for too long as stay.

Prime location, let down by extremely poor service.... slow, unwelcoming and sullen. The place should have been packed but was half empty at prime serving time; we saw at least 2 tables leave after waiting some time with no acknowledgement whatsoever. It took 15 mins for us to get menus, another 15 to have a drinks order taken. Wish we'd read the reviews before sitting down, but we ended up taking advantage of the atmosphere in the square with minimum spend. We moved on elsewhere rather than staying for more drinks as originally intended. Noworolski are definitely losing trade from this poor service- time for some staff training.

Then charged for the lot. Table next to us had the dessert we wanted after we had been told they didn't have it. Waitress said the supply order had just come in, what in the last 10 minutes? Gets a star for a very nice location. Tehe rest i rate as bad. I sat and waited. Nothing. Went inside and politely asked for a bottled beer. I was told the only way is to wait at the table. Waited again for 15 minutes and left. Around half full with guests, 6 waiters at work

Miserable staff I could have tolerated. Wine expensive but mediocre and they CHARGE FOR THE TOILET even though we are customers! Pianist was good, and great location on the square.
