A modern and nice designed hotel located in the city, just a few minutes walk to the main city square. Taxis are relatively low priced (at least compared to where I'm from) so it is easy to take a taxi to and from the hotel. Most taxis don't know the hotel by name (there are just so many hotels in this city), but if you tell the street name to the driver it is no problem.
The rooms are very nice with beautifully designed bathrooms. The temperature can easily be adjusted, but you have to adjust by feeling as there is no temperature indicator. The hotel is located just off a shopping street so any noise is rarely heard from the streets, except if there is a gang of supporters singing down stairs.
Breakfast is very good, with high class foods and a menu to order (no extra charge) freshly made eggs in different ways (scrambled, omelettes or even Benedict).

I stayed at Hotel Unicis for 6 nights in September. The good: - Central location for old Town. Close to many main features of the city - Staff speak English and are very accommodating and helpful. - Quality of rooms is good, albeit a little small. Rooms are visited daily for cleaning - Our room had a great view of St Mary's where you could hear and see the daily trumpet routine. - Free daily morning coffee The bad: - The restaurant is expensive compared with other places (especially Milkbar Tomasza which is around the corner) - Our tour buses were unable to pick us up and drop us off directly at Hotel Unicus due to traffic restrictions in Old town. This also affects Uber.

Best hotel I've been to lately. Very classy and spacious rooms with a high standard. Free tea and a modern bathroom.
The location is perfect, directly in the city center.
There is a parking area, but it's quite expansive and some minutes away.

Hotel is centrally located to all major attractions of the city. This is our go-to hotel whenever visiting from our U.S. office. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit to Krakow and will stay at Unicus.
