Good stay, great access to the centre of Krakòw and brillint for a weekend break. Few issues with shower leaking and shower temperature but was dealt with efficiently by staff.

A good alternative for people who arrive to Krakow at night as we did. Rooms are quite cheap and clean. The worst thing-bad soundproofing. Woke up before 7 am because of drilling sound

The breakfast was good, the staff was pleasant, the location was practical (next to the Central Station) and great to have staff available 24/7. Never tried the restaurant so can't comment on it. Basically, everything was good except for the room. Long story short, we never woke up rested because of bad curtains, hot room and bad sound isolation. We shared a small bathroom with two other rooms which was a pain in the morning. We did get the room very cheap (ca 15€/person per night) so in one sense it might be unfair to complain but waking up exhausted is never worth it, in my opinion. I do recommend it because of the convenient location, but only if you make sure you get a better room (assuming all rooms aren't the same).

Very happy with this hotel. Rooms are great beds are comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful.
