Good staff, excellent location and great breakfast . Only few hundreds meters far from the main rail station. I recommend this hotel for a trip in Krakow

Lovely old building that is quite frankly gorgeous downstairs. Sadly the rooms let it down. We were there in August and the room was very hot with only a small desk fan to cool it. The room was large and 20 years ago I can imagine it was very grand. Sadly the beds were oddly small for such a large room and uncomfortable. The carpets and bed valance had unusual stains. The bathroom was great with an excellent shower. The breakfast was also excellent and they offered left luggage in the day. The location is great for the main station and old town.

The room we stayed in was massive by European standards. Includes a good breakfast. Very close to the train station and the square. At the time we were there the city was replacing the road so they were working with heavy equipment all night outside our window (not the hotels fault). But we had to leave our window open due to the heat, no air conditioning here.
