Very good hotel, well appointed, clean, friendly. Situated by the River Vistula so good views.

Good hotel, very clean and superb facilities with pool and spa. Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, very full buffet.
Only downside which may not affect everyone is very poor sound insulation. Conference here with live music which did not stop until 01:45 am, so shattered night with bass thumping. Recommend checking with hotel before booking if similar event likely to take place during your stay.

Really nothing to complain about. I had a nice spacious room, the furniture was new, the bed was good, breakfast was fine. If you have your window open during the night, street noise might wake you up early in the morning (tram is really loud).

Rooms were very modern and clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel is secure with a safe provided and room key needed to use the lifts. Easy to get a taxi from reception. Air conditioned rooms. Tea coffee facilities provided. Good breakfast and restaurant

Good hotel. The the breakfast is great the rooms are good there are some areas that could be upgraded like the carpets that are tired tired and stained the general presents of the place is somewhat small in stature but it is much more than adequate. I could Hotel a little bit of a walk from the Jewish quarter butts bikes are available for a $3 a day rental which I recommend enjoying.
