Nice hotel - clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was small for a double but our bathroom was a decent size and it had been recently renovated. Breakfast was buffet style with hot food as well as cold. The hotel is in an excellent location - only about 10 mins walk to the main square in the old town.

Clean comfy hotel. Really enjoyed our stay there. Only reason i didn't give it a five was no tea or coffee maker in the rooms. Breakfast, plentiful and tasty. Looking forward to staying again . Very close to main square with plenty of bars and restaurants.

Semi-Decent hotel at a great location. However I have slept at better hotels in Krakow. I remember I had to pay for a lost card and the charge wasn't small. But overall not a bad experience. Rooms aren't excellent but good enough. Pricing high for the standard due to Old Town location, you'll find higher standard at same price a bit outside Old Town.
