Nigdy nie kupujcie leków w aptekach medicover. Ceny 2 razy wyższe niż w innych aptekach. Oszuści !!!! i nic więcej. Pozdrawiam !

Nie przypuszczalam, ze za pieniadze- wykupiony pakiet moze byc taka slaba obsluga medyczna. Po pierwsze nie moge dostac sie kiedy potrzebuje do lekarza pierwszego kontaktu, ktorego sobie wybralam jako lekarza prowadzacego. Ostatnio dzwoniac zeby zapisac sie do pani doktor 28.10 dowiedzialam sie, ze pierwszy wolny termin to 25.11- to chyba przesada. Po drugie jestes chory to najpierw zapisuja cie do jednego lekarza ( ale nie twojego wybranego bo nie ma szans ) - a przeciez potrzebujesz zwolnienia, a potem znowu do innego ( choroba nie przechodzi)- a ten znowu nie wie o co chodzi. Na dodatek ostatnio pan w rejestracji z racji tego, ze chorba nie przechodzila zapisal mnie na wizyte do pani doktor z medicower expres, bo inni internisci nie byli dostepni. I coslysze na wizycie, ktora wyglada jak tasma produkcyjna? My tutaj przyjmujemy tylko w naglych przypadkach, prawie jak pani smiala tutaj przyjsc. Po trzecie lekarka mloda nie slucha co do niej mowisz i tonie zdarzylo mi sie po raz pierwszy w tej instytucji. Po czwarte dlugie terminy do specjalistow. Chyba nie tak powinna wygladac prywatna opieka medyczna. Jezeli firma medicower zagarnela do siebie rzesze pacjentow( firmy - pakiety dla pracownikow) to powinna dostosowac opieke do tej ilosci.

There is no problem with this center, good and less good doctors walk around. It can be very busy at times (especially in the weekend) To have your blood taken, for whatever reason, can take up to one hour (waiting). The radiology department however needs people that know how to work with computers better, especially burning XRay pictures on to CD's (which they give to clients, vthis ery handy by the way). I went ther to have pictures taken on 12/05, they gave me a CD, my neurologue could see them (on his internal system) but when I got home the CD was empty, so it was not burned onto the cd. The radiologist probably just dragged the files to the disc (which creates a temporary file). To actualy burn the files on the CD you still have to click 'BURN TO CD', the lady probably forgot to do this. Today 24/05 I went again to ask for a correct copy because I need to show the pictures for an MRI scan on Tuesday, they did without questioning (very correctly ppologized) and said everything should be ok now (I trusted them BUT again when I came home, the CD was empty!! Annoying, because this is unprofessional, time consuming, and in my case extremely painful to have to go there again (severe pabckpain) and wait for all this again. Aside from this center, which besides these 'small but annoying problems is fine' Medicover in generral hasa a problem with it's contact center / help desk. It seems they hire unexperienced / untrained 'I do this just for the money" young girl with no interest or knowledge of what they are doing. Last week I called them to ask if I could see my neorologist to request an extention of my L4, previously I had asked him online about it but no reply so I decided to call. I told the center that I did not want an appoiment (because I had seen him on the 12th and have a new appointment on the 26th, I only needed him to fil lin and give me a new L4 form for 2 more weeks. They said they would call him to ask him and call me back. They called me back saying the doctor had no time and they made me a new appointment with another doctor. 3 hours later my own neurologist replied online that he could see me before noon (this means he did have time and they probabely didn't even call him). Also today I called the center to ask about a new copy of this Xray CD to pick it up today or Monday and the girl simply said "I can't call the center today it's closed" stupid because I just told her I was there TODAY and it is open until 14:00 PM 'oh yes yes, Im sorry my mistake' so the girls from this contact center are often unexperienced / unknowledgable or simpley too uninteligent/uninterested to do this work which, which is important work, they are dealing with real people with health problems whom you have to have a client / customer relationship with, they lack in this. Too bad because most doctors I've met are very capable, professional and helpful up to their etxtent of kowledge in their field.
Long story y but that's it.

Doctors 9 (always helpful)
Receptionests 8 (some are often in bad mood)
Center helpdesk 6
Average: 7.6
