We had a great stay at Novotel Krakow Centrum. The room was big enough for four people. Everything was clean and nice, and the hotel facilites was good. Very good breakfast. We would use this hotel again, for sure.6517

My second time stay (first time on 2015, second on Sept 2017) at this hotel and always satisfied and lucky because they give me room with view to the river and castle. Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, food from room service also delicious. This hotel is close to city center and market square (10 minutes walk) and 5 minutes walk from Wawel Castle.

Very clean and spacious hotel with great service! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a shuttle everyday to the other Novotel which is very convenient for other travellers. Recommend staying here if want a close hotel near most of what Kraków has to offer!

Stayed there for 5 nights last week. Clean room , friendly staff and location is within 15 minutes walk to the Krakow old city center. Bathroom amenities was not complete. Toothbrush and comb were not readily available. Breakfast is standard. One time my laundry was delivered one day late but then they free its cost. View from hotel room is fantastic: river and the castle

Convenient walking distance to the town centre and just across from the river. Some rooms don't have the river so be sure to ask. Staff a friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are clean and comfortable
