Checked in few days ago. One of the room's AC is not working. Did not offer to move to another room. Service in the dinning area is bad. You need to call waiters to get a menu or to get your order. They look at you at a strange way. Place is ok but not the service

I would like to appreciate the restaurant and its helpful staff. The food was tasty. Pool is fine and rooms are quite clean. The only disadvantage is the highway behind the window.

La Maja Rica is one of the best hotels in Tarlac City. My family came to stay at La Maja Rica last week and it was just phenomenal. I may be biased because I like the small town setting and the amazing staff but I would even go so far to say I liked it better than the City of Dreams. You may not be the kind of person who doesn't like big flashy hotels or you may be. My suggestion is that you take a chance with La Maja Rica. You WILL NOT be disappointed. The store is across the street, the gym is within walking distance, and everything else is a tricycle ride away. The staff is just unbelievable and so very friendly, and the breakfast was awesome! Every place can use some upgrades here and there but overall La Maja Rica will be my Go To Hotel in the Philippines from here on out! Mahalo e La Maja Rica! God bless you!
