Nice place to stay in Tacloban. Have a very good choices of food. You won't look for any other place but this hotel because of the food. The bar, cafe, and the restaurant serves good food.

A real nice hotel. The decorations in the front door during the start of Christmas Season were worth the stay alone. Reasonably priced, and close to the McArthur monument if your planning a visit. I would recommend this hotel, based on location alone. Showers were good with strong water, bed was comfortable, room was big and clean, and the staff were friendly and kind.

I have had so many guests check in here at this hotel and they all had a nice experience. Staff, may it be the front desk or the cleaners are always smiling and courteous. Food is great especially at FYZZ, dine ate night and you will also be enthralled of the night city view.

Nice new hotel, but quoted price does not include VAT & service charge. Extras include two 250 ml bottled water and shampoo/body wash. No disposable razor or toothbrush.

Boutique hotel. Nothing ostentatious but full of quirky character represented by very small reception area. Modern lifts. 9th floor infinity pool is rather too 'exposed' being overlooked by restaurant bar. The restaurant food was supposedly Greek and Japanese but was a big variation on the real thing. Conversely the ground floor restaurant was genuinely good with nice decor and no pretentiousness. Downtown location was good for obvious reasons. But the big plus was the staff. Professional helpful and very friendly in a way only Philippines can achieve. Hotel XYZ excels in this regard. The other big plus. Not many overseas tourists. Most patrons are local. Wonderful.
