I would give three stars for the place is good, the staff were very accommodating they even gave us a cold water before we leave the hotel for they think it's very hot outside. Vey sensitive staff. And the hotel is located a bit of distance from the city proper,so less noise you can hear from the outside. However the hotel has a small room and the AC would take several hours before you can feel its cold and dining area needs a lot of improvement.But if you just need affordable hotel to stay for a night,this might be good for you..

near the airport. at night you can hangbout at a nearby cafe. the price is good since it comes with free breakfast. they served soup! also have iced tea and coffee :)
