I have heard from my friends that The Old Spaghetti House (or TOSH) boasts of its good food. But from my experience at their SM The Block branch, the food was just average. The design is nice, but the ambience is just average. The service was slow. My family and I waited for more than 30 minutes to have our orders completed. It was just bad...
I don't know if this problem only occured to us at that time, or in the SM The Block branch in particular, but I believe that all restaurants must serve properly and decently if they want to have good people being good customers and coming back, regardless of branch or time.
I hope TOSH would see to this problem soon...
