I ordered Jollyhotdog around 9pm today at drive thru, they forgot to put the Cheese toppings, the last time the staff at the drive thru last window argue with me regarding additional of spicy powder for the chicken. So disappointed!

This specific Jollibee Branch is consistently jam-packed with customers. The store gets crowded, specially during weekends and holidays. Expect lines if you want your Chicken Joy. The dining area is quite big but it's almost always filled. Their staff are always very fast in serving and their system is very efficient.
