It's a decent hotel, the rates are good, and the staff is accommodating.

Charged for extra towels when we had to use them to dry the floor because the shower had no door and water weny everywhere. Ridiculous! Then forced us to leave a minimum of 3 hours while they fumigated our entire floor. However, they made us leave about 1.5 hours before the scheduled time and then said we lied about that until I offered to show proof. Also refused to extend our 24hour stay until I threatened to provide proof as well. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Realistically no more than a 2-star hotel.
Very difficult to get to due to 1-way streets. Its Makati only technically.
The selling point is the flexible check in times.
