i was kinda disappointed on my first visit at this clinic to see that a lot of dog owners were already there and were waiting to see Dr. Nielsen to check on their beloved pet. But when our turn was up, he displayed his professionalism etiquette by thoroughly examining my dog's health problem and took time to explain to me how it started and what to expect in the near future and any side effects that my dog might encounter. He wasn't rushing at all to end my appointment with him as he knows he's got a backlog of customers waiting to see him. He even showed me the on the net, the symptoms and how to address the would be problem in the near future. But he had showed some concern on his findings on the acquired disease my dog had acquired. Despite his numerous visitors wanting to see him, Dr Nielsen collectively showed his personal concern and even though there wasn't a cure for my dog's disease at this point in time. He had prescribed some vitamins that might be able slow down the effect and he also made sure by explaining to me what he was currently doing on my dog. Today was my dog's follow up visit and was glad to find out that my dog's condition had greatly improved. I'm so glad to have listened the numerous referrals by relatives and close friends to bring my dog to this clinic and ask for Dr Nielsen. And i just found out today that he is a Celebrity Doctor that's got his own weekly TV program and i still find him one of the most humblest down to earth person that you would encounter.
