They have some very good massage therapists. Good advice is to book early on the weekend. I can fully recommend them 5 Stars!!

Always hard to reach and unavailable, maybe because of all the bookings, but still, one of the most friendly and best massage i've ever gotten :) keep it up!

I tried availing a massage for the first time a few months ago.. I was told that a minimum of 4 hours is mandatory for massage treatment because I "live" in BATASAN... I availed it still, despite the UNREASONABLE requirement because my favored therapist moved there. With reservation, I took it... even if it was the first only time, my whole life, that I am told that I should have a minimum of 4 hours massage.
I took the MANDATORY 4 hours massage, even if it will end late. My therapist, who I guess was already so tired then, was already falling asleep on the last hour.
After a couple of months, I attempted to book another massage today. This time, I was told that a MINIMUM MASSAGE DURATION is 5 to 6 HOURS! REALLY??? And that's because I live "far!!!" How can Quezon Avenue be so far from Batasan??? How UNREASONABLE!
Spiral is NOT the only provider of a home-massage service. Aside from an OUTRAGEOUS home massage "term and condition," you have unfriendly and unaccomodating receptionists named Chai and Novie.
You should REVIEW your "conditions" to your clients in availing home massage services. 6 HOURS??? Up to how much can a body take?? You're not the only provider of this service. I regret I have to give you a "star" to be able to make a comment... I would give you a triple negative if i could!
