It's a nice hotel, very conveniently located almost opposite the entrance to Promenade and Theatre mall in Greenhills. Inclusions are meant to be a buffet breakfast for 2 and welcome drinks. I was not offered welcome drinks on my arrival and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory but was only run up until 10am and if you dont get there early enough they run out of the more popular dishes and do not replace or cook anymore. The room was decent although did have a few issues with the WiFi connection and also the card key to enter to room. If going to book I suggest doing it online as you will get a cheaper price. When I inquired direct to the front desk they gave me set prices that were much higher than the online rate and the staff were not really too helpful in explaining why this is so. On the 31st of December I asked to extend my stay for one more night. I had resided to pay the rack rate of 4200pesos as i wanted to pay in cash there and then and I could also see that they had a promo that stated that you would receive one complimentary ticket to their NYE buffet dinner valued at 799 if you booked "ANY" of the rooms on that night. When I asked about it I was told that it was only if you booked the superior deluxe rooms or higher regardless of the fact that i showed her quite clearly the note where it had stated "any room". Once again she had no desire to explain or try to accommodate my inquiry. She also then jacked the price of the room up to 4600 instead of 4200 on the basis that it was NYE, even though there was no sign or documentation to inform properly that prices were meant to be higher for NYE. All in all I didn't mind the place at all. Front desk staff could do with some better proper training whereas the housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
