Excellent Service abd beautiful rooms. Good feel of luxury at the club in 10th floor. Hotel conveniently located close to the beach, Restaurants and shopping malls.

I had attended a seminar held here (10/11/17). Venue is on 6th flr ballroom. I was directed by the concierge to use the elevator on the left side. When I got to the elevator, I pressed 6 but was surprised that the elevator went down the lower ground flr. Another guest stepped in and pressed 3 so we went 3rd flr. I pressed 6 again but was puzzled when the elevator went to ground flr. Luckily, the guest from ground flr helped me and suggested that I get off on the 5th flr instead... It would be nice to actually have a signage posted on the elevator that says the elevator only caters up to 5th flr. So that guests could search for other means of reaching the 6th flr. and not waste time trying to figure out the elevator.
Another thing is the WiFi accessibility for guests. I hope they'd also have Wifi access not only for checked-in guests but also for guests occupying their recreational facilities, just like in other hotels. Good thing the hotel staff were very accommodating.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before and it's always a pleasure to stay here. The location is good, the staff as always are excellent with the unbeatable Filipino hospitality, plus the amenities are first class. One is spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet catering to all tastes with an exquisite array of exotic oriental foods and beverages.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and of the highest standard. Overall a highly recommended hotel indeed!

despite the location in the midst of the bustling city, parking is still quite reasonable and surprisingly both very available and accessible. the rooms are clean and modern while the staff are friendly and helpful. also, there are plenty of dining options around the area should one prefer to go easy on the budget.

A luxurious haven in an otherwise sketchy neighborhood that is old Manila. Service is impeccable. Great food options in the hotel so no need to venture out. Views of the bay are stunning at sunset. I had one minor complaint about our room and was immediately moved to a better one. Highly recommended.
