Definitely value for money, convenient to boot. Sadly maintenance is lagging behind. One too many rooms with broken shower heads. Internet service is now working.

It's an okay place. Cheap and simple. Tend to get very crowded downstairs if you need to smoke since it's near a lot of call centers.
And I'm not sure if it's just me having sensitive skin but I felt a little itchy at times when I slept there.

What's good:
-affordable
-simple looking room
-Quiet
-staff are very nice and helpful
-near a lot of food areas and convenient stores

What I didn't like:
-The bathroom. If you're with someone and you're using the toilet, it's not exactly private and comfortable. The "walls" separating it is just a sliding thing or however you call it. It's translucent (good luck trying not to make a sound if you need to use the toilet)
-food isn't allowed to take inside.

I was not happy during my last visit due to:
1) my room had no windows (claustrophobia attack)
2) someone made a mistake of encoding my room key to another guest. That guest almost opened my door and disturbing my sleep (3-4AM?). Good thing i remembered to put the latches on.

Checked in via walk-in over the counter. Was very satisfied how accommodating and how welcome the feel was booking a stay overnight. I requested for a quiet room with a window. The reception told me it wasn't guaranteed but after the whole process I was pleasantly surprised they adhered to my requests. The place is very good if your on a budget and the amenities were excellent for the price of admission.

I highly recommend this place for anyone in town for a couple of nights on business or pleasure or just needs a place to put down their bags.
