For the 2k++ price we got, I'd rather we went to a different hotel but we had no choice since our primary choices were already fully booked. This hotel is different from the usual -- no eating in the room (no room service), the card keys become frequently offline, and the staff themselves may not be wary that as courtesy to guests, they have to be quiet. No doubt they are courteous and greet you but they should be mindful that the hallways echo. Toilet has no bidet, too. There's cable and slow wifi, the beds are comfy. Memory foam pillow available. There's free parking and a nearby mall though a convenience store and coffee + donut shop is available at the ground floor.

Booked early and you get cheaper rooms booked late and you'll paying for the rack rate.. but not that expensive though considering youre near shops and all. not that bad at all. clean big rooms as well.

Gohotels in Pueto Princessa confirmed my booking then made me pay again. The motto for their customer service is "its not my fault and screw you". Don't deal with them if you want a stress free-stay. Spent 2 hours with their customer service. Then told that the customer service made a "mistake", but in the end I had to pay for it.

I had a bad experience a month ago with this hotel which wasted our time and schedule during our 2-days stay. It was due to their unupdated system and management which lead to inconveniences on our end.

Next time I will book from Airbnb instead of going to this hotel.
