Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. I had a small window facing a brick wall. Very loud at night due to live music venue across the street.

the room we've stayed was a jump-away from a rooftop bar. so we were not able to relax at night due to the loud music

This hotel is located in a bad part of Makati and far from malls and night life. The hotel also does not allow guests after 10 pm, its a ridiculous policy. Esp if you are single guy likes the night life. The rooms are nice tho thats only thing going for it. But when you walk in the entrance, it looks like a dump straight out of horror movies. Rooms are located 5th floor. No safe in the room.

It's quaint. It's nice and clean and right along Makati Avenue. Their dining area can be much improved but the rooms themselves are quite good.

Comfy, you wouldn't realize you're in the middle of a street with noisy bars unless you go out to the balcony. Clean bathroom!
