I was able to conquer my fear of pain. At first i was so scared and shaking, but everything went well. I was honestly surprised and shock that i made it without crying at all. Thanks to Doc Aziel Azul and Jen as her assistant. I will never forget the service and care they did. She was so gentle and kind. Im very happy and satisfied in receiving an excellent service with this clinic. Highly recommendable. Plus the receptionist are very hospitable.
Tho i was not able to use my HMO, the service is worth paying for. I would love to go back here for a regular check up. :)

Things I love about this clinic:
01. Communication:
Setting up an appointment is a breeze - very professional in doing follow up communications and sending reminders to patients. Bonus point is for extending flexibility to reschedule the original appointment, when I suddenly had a conflicting medical appointment in SLMC BGC. Special mention to Robbie for being a great receptionist.
02. Dental Service:
The dentist who worked on my case was soo amazing! I just love her – she makes me feel at ease.
She has the gentlest of hands and she was able to “drill” on my teeth and perform the fillings without needing anesthesia. I needed 2 permanent fillings and all the while I thought she was still working on the first one and that I had to prepare for the next painful procedure but then viola, she has done it for both!
I was also provided with a treatment plan – that way I understood the procedures that I needed to go thru.
I also noticed that the dentist’s assistant is very attentive and proactive in addressing the dentist’s and my needs as well. This wows me, because usually in other clinics assistants just wait to be told on what to do. This shows how knowledgeable everyone is in what they are doing – which assures me I am in good hands.
03. Location: The clinic location is accessible and near the bustling area where cabs are plenty. I didn’t have any problems commuting.

Casipit Dental Clinic has been really outstanding in providing dental services. I highly recommend Dr. Esther, she is professional and really good at what she does best -helping us, patients, achieve beautiful and healthy smile. More power to you and I will visit you again, soon.

I'm never worried about how they will attend to my dental needs and I'm always well taken care of. The dentists and their staffs are attentive, gentle and accommodating and they definitely know what they're doing. They're also very good at dealing with kids. Make an appointment and see for yourselves!
