Very inconsistent food-sometimes it's good-sometimes it's bad-same items; cold hard rice, lumps of peanut butter in kare kare, too salty etc. The wait staff have a very short attention span and thus, have difficulty getting orders right about 80% of the time.
Not a family friendly or business meeting atmosphere! The poor quality live music is so loud you can't hear even when you scream at the top of your lungs. The last two time we went there for business meetings, we asked that the sound be decreased. The manager turned it down. But immediately, the rotten keyboard player turned it up even louder and the woman singing sounded like a cat in heat. The only people who seemed to enjoy it were the drunken friends of the duo making unspeakable noise.
We have since boycotted this establishment for the last couple years. Hey! We like a good resto-Bar and cool music as much if not more than the next guy. It's just that we can't stand terrible screeching turned up loud over a speaker so that your ears run. And it is impossible to enjoy your food when you cannot hear yourself think!
If you wanna get loud and nasty go here. But be careful. A few months ago a guy was shot and killed in the parking lot!

Staff are very kind and helpful.
Crunchy Sisig is a must try.
Their rice all you can selection is superb.
The store also accepts credit card payment which is a big plus if you have run out of cash.
