my cousin had a cat,they had a check up.that day the cat was scared it scratch my cousin,the cat was a boy, they had an injection,my cousin was a girl,i can't believe they saved him!

It's so painful to remember the death of my young dachshund which died of veterinary malpractice by Animal Kingdom Veterinary Hospital on May 30, 2016.
I hope the attention generated by the case we filed in the Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) should be enough to prevent veterinarians from acting irresponsibly in the future and protect other animals from harm or untimely death.

Very poor customer service. Slow staff, i went to have my dog get an Xray. I was 3rd in line. There were 4 vet doctors, +-6 staff helpers...and it took 2 hours! U dont even need a vet doctor to do the xray, a staff technician can do the job. They need to improve their quality customer service flow. And I paid 1250 php for it. 350 php of which is the vet's consultation. It was their "package" to have it.
