great food to dine all dishes are freshly made and every every authentic.. staff and owner is very friendly and very welcoming. is my one stop when i visit the philippines.

Absolutely spectacular food. You'll struggle to find anything better on the island. Extremely friendly service and a family-run business. The food is at least twice as expensive as elsewhere but the quality speaks for itself with imported meats, cheeses and more. I cannot recommend this place more.

My worst ever restaurant experience in Cebu is at the Swiss Italian Restaurant Cebu. Waited 1:30 hours for our meal to arrive. Whilst waiting, we watched the only other guests in the restaurant complain of cold pasta and return the dish. We had salt laden Pork, and Raclette, prepared by assistants because the owner 'went to the toilet sir'.
Asked for our bill and explained the situation upon the owner/ chef's return after 45 minutes in the toilet and he said 'don't pay if your not happy, I don't need your money'. I left a tip to the waitress for the amount we figured our total bill was. We found out later that the owner/ chef had a major fight with his wife. The last time I checked, domestic issues are not the customer's fault. Bottom line, most of the wine advertised not in stock, enough salt on the food to help preserve it for 10 years, poor customer service and a fair wack of arrogance from an owner. In most peoples books is a disaster in making. I just hope that it was just an off night for the guy, he solves his personal issues, stocks up his cellar, cooks himself and gets a smile back on his face.
