Service is okay, only problem is with local since they prefer speaking in their native tongue. Accessible to transportation services.

Good place, staff is friendly, free wi-fi, well air conditioned, near of grocery stores and malls. Best bang for your money. Unfortunately sometimes there is no mobile phone signal inside the room.

Good access point for Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro, and the piers. Immediate surrounding area only has a 7-11. Hotel is very basic but serviceable. Hotel clerk was friendly and helpful.
