Dirty, smelly CR, front desk not answering calls, useless restaurant, etc. It is an old hotel that doesn't deserve its current rating in the travel guide. Staff only clean rooms by request. This hotel needs to be closed. You cannot even borrow an iron and ironing board coz the hotel has only 1 according to the staff. These are probably the reasons behind why even taxis do not know where's the hotel. Bad decision to book here.

The hotel has a policy of collecting a 500 peso deposit upon arrival and when I checked out this morning they charged me the deposit for a stain on the bed sheet. Another couple checked out directly after me and the same thing happened to them charged the deposit for a stain on the bedsheets. If you book here add 500 pesos to the cost you are unlikely to have it returned to you.

Bang for the buck if you'd ask me. We got in cheaps for 1k pesos per night for 3 days on a 2 person accommodation (mind you it also caters free breakfast for 2). Room is nice, a typical simple hotel. Not gonna complain for the price. And the placement is perfect for anyone to go anywhere here in cebu. A multitude of jeep transportation can take you to a lot of places just right outside the doorstep. And the Ayala mall is just around the corner.
Only complain I can make is the TV. No cable. But at least they have wifi. But it will also depend on which room because some can't get any strength from it.
Oh and they have a pool. And it's awesome

Ambience on the room I got is elegant. Food is good, limited in options though. Amenities on the time I stayed were currently under maintenance so I did not have the chance to enjoy it myself. It is situated in the city so you get to enjoy access to almost half of the tourist spots and the outskirts easily. Overall it's affordable and recommendable.

Great place to stay. Very helpful staff and close to many eateries including a Jollibee. They also offered a complimentary breakfast in the package and the rooms were clean plus there's a laundromat close by if u need to use it. I liked it a lot!
