I have seen the theater, and the workout room, but not used them. I have however eaten at the restaurant on the third floor more than once. The Full Moon was just going through their 'grand opening' and there were a few bugs to work out and some inexperience on the part of the staff, but the place is clean and the food is good. I don't believe on writing a review on just one experience so I have been back just after the grand opening was over and the staff has matured. The food was properly cooked and was much better than the first time. The food seems properly priced for the serving sizes and options provided. I did not leave hungry.
I hope to be able to go there many times in the future. I hope that Full Moon does the right things to stay open for many years. I also believe that it is open 24 hours a day, so drop in whenever you get a chance. On Apitong St, just north of Escario St.: 2 blocks north of the transportation center at Ayala Center mall.
