The hotel is a decent place to stay right at the heart of downtown Iligan City. It is accessible to public transportation.
However, the ambiance is a bit rundown—more like it has left its glorious days. The lighting wasn’t sufficient enough on its pathway.
Some staff may need to be warm enough like greeting a passing customer.
A downer though is that the smoking scent from my neighboring room lingers on my non-smoking room.
Overall, the hotel may need some refurbishing or update in its interior.

Toilet & bath and roomsare very small like of a ship cabin. AC isnt well placed

we been there for a 3hour seminar, we have to go ground floor for the cr. from 6th f.. disgusting!!!! not worth recommending.

The worst hotel experience. The room is too hot even with Air condition. It's because they use the cheapest mattress. The some lobbies are hot. The only thing that I like is the Customer services. But the Room experience truly sucks. It's worth the price paying.
