If only I could give this rental a negative star. Mga walay batasan. Stealing money from clients upfront. Accused me of scratching their car and letting me pay kahit pre-existing na ang damage just before we rented it. We drove the car just all the way to tanjay and we are very much aware that we didnt scratched it. The owner is very rude and know nothing about customer service. And they make business on a busy street on a 2 sq. meter office. yes, 2 sq meter. Imagine that. You will be accommodated outside, very noisy, dusty and hot. I was deceived by the 2 positive reviews Ive read. Never will I book again. Save yourself some trouble and get stay away from kabayan car rental.

I always think of Safety ( because it's well maintained and newer models) and affordability whenever I rent a vehicle ,and it's only Kabayan who has given me that offer, unbeatable prices for a van , SUV ,etc , would highly recommend this car rental without hesitation to my friends , thanks a lot for making my vacation a truly enjoyable one👍👍 👍pls share

When we picked up the rental, the guy said it should be returned with 1 bar on the fuel gauge. Halfway home (about 2kms), the gauge started flashing which means tank was almost empty. We then added 300 pesos worth of gas. The next day we returned the car with exactly 1 bar on the fuel gauge as required. The Middle Eastern guy stilll asked for 300 pesos saying the tank was empty. Further he didn't give my husband a receipt for the 300 until I went back and asked for one. AVOID this rental as possible as you can. I should have read the reviews before renting from them. They don't even have a proper office, they transact their business on the side of a busy street. There are other legit rental companies in Dgte. Stay away from this one if you don't want to be RIPPED OFF!!
