Stayed here quite a few times already. The rooms are spacious. It comes with a king sized bed and a folding sofa bed beside it. The bathroom has a heater and an enclosed shower room that can fit at least 4 people. Lately though their carpets seem to be very dusty and lacks proper maintennance. Their minibar still comes with a menu but without the items.
Other amenities of the hotel includes a gym, a swimming pool a big lounge and a restaurant. If you stay for only a day you would love their food. Unfortunately if you stay a few days you'll notice the lack of variety to their food.
Staff of the hotel are mostly courteous. I can't help but notice that the restaurant was slightly under staffed. This makes the experience as a whole slightly unpleasant.

Very convenient due to its strategic location- a one stop where everything is reachable within a huge mall- the SM Lanang. Hotel amenities are very much impressive, including buffet breakfast. Ask for it and you will have it.

I forgot my GoPro in the room but got it back eventually. Outside conference room garden was smelly and needs improvement. Food was delicious and rooms were clean though.

The personnel, guards, room service, hotel staffs, everyone is so friendly. Really nice and beautiful place to stay in. Looking forward to visit Davao and stay here. :)
