Official ticket office of Cokaliong Shipping Lines. Extremely poor customer service, incompetent staff. I went to the desk and the staff didn't even take notice. They have a machine to purchase tickets but it doesn't work and there's no instructions or staff to assist. Go to Pier 1 Terminal instead it can get busy there but at least the staff takes notice of you. Don't waste your time coming here to buy a ticket.
