The room is very small but it was okay since it was just almost 1000php. The location is convenient because its near ayala and perpetual succour hospital. However, if you arrive an hour before their check in time which is 2pm, you have to pay an additional 100 pesos if you want to get inside the room. My biggest disappointment was that my room's door would not lock so I asked the hotel staff nicely to fix it or transfer me to another room since I was traveling alone and I was scared about it. The staff did not do anything helpful at all, they left me to find a solution to my own problem.

They only have 1 outlet, no toothbrush, no free breakfast, Not even a complimentary bottled water (considering the price of our room) their aircon is broken or has malfunction (either way, it was hot even if its already 16C) also when my daughter poop i find it hard to clean her since the toilet seat doesnt have a toilet hose spray and they dont have pail and water dipper :( however the staff are friendly

The staffs are friendly. The room is pleasant and the bathroom is good because it has a water heater. For the price, its cheaper if you want a hotel near ayala mall.
