I don't have any issues transacting with them. Staff are mostly friendly and accomodating. It can be located easily and their price is quite affordable. Food's good too.

I like this place because it's sitauted in a not so bussy road. if you want to go somewhere you can easily get a cab or even grab a motorcycle using the Angkas App available in playstore. Convinience stores, restaurants and fast food like burger king, jollibee, greenwhich just arround the block. I also enjoyed hanging out in league sports bar near this hotel.
Room is ok, i can say it's big. I stayed here with two of my officemates, we got the double room with two single beds. We just had an extra bed placed in the middle, but still we can move arround with ease, still feel comfortable. Daily room service. Food is OK.
The staff are very very friendly and accommodating.
There are two things i didnt liked about this hotel, first the hot shower in our room is not working. Second, loooooong wait for the elevator. i guess this is because they only have 1 working elevator for 17 floors.
But overall, i give this hotel a 4 star rating because of their staff, they're awesome. 😉

The establishment is new but the staff are very knowledgeable of their jobs, very courteous, quick to serve/assist guests, does things with a smile and extra mile, makes you feel "at home" while you're miles away from home. Kudos to you Cityscape Team! Keep it up!
