If you're looking for a place near Lahug or IT Park that's affordable, Anri Pension House is an option to consider. Unlike other hotels with the same price range, however, this place doesn't have elevator so prepare for a grueling walk up the stairs if your room is on second to fourth floors.

One of the best budget hotel in Cebu. It is also near IT Park which is full of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also accessible via jeepney.
The rooms where pretty small but considering the price, it was reasonable. They provide toiletries(bath towel, soap and tissue).
Problems are that the road going there is not paved so it gets muddy when it rains and in the morning it is noisy due to construction in front of the hotel.

Stayed here last february because it's near my training center. Room's really clean, staff are nice, you can check in earlier than 2PM if the room's available, good housekeeping, free luggage storage (went to Oslob for 2 days and they let me leave my duffle bag).
There are minor issues like the location (unpaved street. Expect your shoes to get a little muddy when it's raining), you can hear conversations from the adjacent rooms (this i dont mind since i actually prefer having people next door. Makes sleeping alone in a room less scary haha), if your room is on the 4th floor, you have to use the stairs as there's no elevator. Luckily Single Deluxe rooms are located on the 2nd floor so this wasnt an issue for me.
If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in, i recommend Anri. Will be staying here again next week. My new home away from home.

A new, clean, budget friendly accommodation. Area is very near the IT district, walking distance. Accessible to a lot of food places.
