Had a good massage here. My Php199 is super worth it! They provide good spa music and organic massage oils. They also offer deep tissue massage for Php399 only! Again, super worth it! This spa is highly recommended! :)

I have requested to be scheduled for massage over the phone. The one who answered confirmed my reservation. When I came in, the receptionist never bothered to greet nor ask me what I need. Since I have a definite schedule, I sat and waited for the masseur. After 20 minutes of waiting, I asked the receptionist and said that my masseur was still eating. I told her to call him. She was hesitant but she complied. I was then directed to occupy Bed #3. I lied down and waited for another 20 minutes. No one came so I went to the lobby only to find a group of masseuses including my masseur chatting. What kind of service is this? Calling the owner/s of this spa....Could you please employ a professional receptionist? Your receptionist, VIRGIE doesn't have social skills, rude, never smiles and does not know how to entertain clients. If you keep her, you will eventually lose your clients. I initially liked your place but it's getting worse every time I visit. Your idle crew/staff are noisy while your clients are supposed to be relaxing for the massage. Please improve your policies and fire your rude receptionist, VIRGIE!
