I called for home service (within Eastwood) and requested my favorite therapist, Millet. The receptionist just got my name and did not ask for any info about me anymore. I assumed they have a record of me already as I have been a regular customer of theirs for more than a year now. When my doorbell rang, a different therapist came. It turned out it was Millet's day-off that day. I was so pissed that they did not even bother to call and inform me of Millet's absence so I just sent the other therapist home. They said they don't have my contact details.
My requests are:
1. Please TRAIN your receptionists to answer calls properly and efficiently. Like ask the clients' name, address, contact number and put it on record (especially for regular clients like me). That should be an SOP.
2. Please change your massage bed as it is so old already.
3. Please provide a massage pillow ring.
I hope BlueWater Day Spa Eastwood will improve their service as their rates are not cheap.

this place is for the career stay at home wives. alas, they do have quite nice rooms and good service. prices are expensive though.

I requested for an athlete's massage which was described to have stretching, but didn't get any stretching at all. Excellent ambiance, though.
