1. For the certificate when you finish you have to pay extra 35 SOL (283 SOL for basico 5 español para extranjeros which are 18 clases) which takes 5 business days
2. Until you find an employee who speaks English takes way too long for an institution which teaches english
3. The employees are poorly informed. They told me that I can matriculated an take the entry test in any of the icpna institutions. Nope you can not.
I could go on and on how they change the date of the first class and do not refund the lost time ....
