After waiting a whole year to get a reservation and hoping it would be the highlight of the Peruvian trip, was hugely disappointed and probably one of our least favorite meals in Lima. We had the elevation menu of 17 dishes and found most not very edible. Whilst the presentation was spectacular, the food was not so. The mixture of flavours was not to our taste, with most very salty. I had the wine pairing and was surprised the quality of the wines. Most were very young wines only and was also surprised they chose to mix the wines, with whites, reds, beers, a good combination to get a headache from it. I have been to unrated Michelin star restaurants with degust and wine pairings and food quality and wine pairing were better than this. Not really sure how they choose 'best restaurants of the world' but we definitely didn't rate it as such.

The advance reservation we had to do before the trip was all worth it. We tried the 17 courses menu and every food tells a history. The waiter was professional and the overall experienced was ecstatic. Chef Martinez was so awesome and friendly in knowing his guests overall experience. Kudos to the team and keep up the rating.

A highlight of our trip to Peru. What an experience! Friendly knowledgeable staff beautiful and interesting dishes. We left feeling satisfied and educated! The wine list is quite pricey though that is to be expected from a fine dining venue.

There is no way to sum up this place. From booking a reservation at midnight when it opened up online to waiting for the first lunch outside with a group of people, the place is just high end. The best part, though, is that there are no expectations for anyone to act or look like they are trying to impress. It is less a meal and more so an experience in culinary talents and tasteful atmosphere. Every dish hits a different part of your pallette with a finesse that no words can describe. Definitely recommend whether you are local or a foreigner, and try everything!

What can one say about possibly the greatest experience of your life. To say the food was amazing, feels like your being unkind, the team are far past the title of Chef...they are Curators. Such a subtle introduction to a whirlwind of flavours and textures. The service obviously was impeccable, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who make you feel so comfortable . Definitely something you should aim to do once in your life. Quite unlike any dining experience I've ever had. We had the mater elevations experience with matching wines.
